With regards to booking the venue we like to allow 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to pack away.
We advise booking for 4 hours for a 2-hour party. For a 1 hour party we like to allow 45 mutes before to set up an half an hour after to pack away. We also advise that you asked the guests to arrive 15 minutes before your 1 hour booking. We also make sure that music is playing before guests arrive and we can also play music whilst we pack away.
When booking the venue for health and safety reasons we ask that the venue holds the capacity of guests invited and is suitable for a disco and dance party set up.
